Hiukkanen organizes sports opportunities on a regular basis. This is our schedule for the summer 2012:
Hiukkanen has some extra sticks, so you can play with us even if you don’t have your own stick. Some shoes made for indoor activities would be great, but not compulsory. You can find the bomb shelters by going down with an elevator in the Rakennustalo building.
Usually futsal and volleyball, but also other sports (even American dodgeball). You can always suggest if you want to try something new! For sports turn at Tamppi you should pay your Sports Fee.
In summer (and also in spring and in autumn as long as there’s no snow) Hiukkanen is playing beach volleyball behind the parking slots of Päätalo building. You can find the volleyball court just by walking down the street that goes behind Päätalo, and after a while the court is on your right side. These turns change every week and from your international officer you will get info about booked turns.
Members of Hiukkanen are permitted to borrow kyykkä sets from the guild room. Definately worth trying!
